The content of this website is provided for general information. It does not replace individual professional advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
We offer audits of websites, social media, AI visibility and digital advertising, as well as training, workshops and the book Digital Presence Governance. The scope, deliverables, timing and price of each audit or corporate program are agreed individually in a written offer or contract before work begins.
For audits, the client provides the access, information and contact persons needed to carry out the work. We use client access only for the agreed purpose and recommend that access is granted with limited rights and removed after the audit.
All texts, frameworks, checklists, training materials, the Digital Control Index™, the DPG name and logo and the book are protected by intellectual property rights. Reports prepared for a client may be used by that client internally. Any other copying, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Our audits and training provide an independent assessment and recommendations. Decisions taken on that basis, and their implementation by the client or its contractors, remain the client’s responsibility. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We treat all non-public information received from clients as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law or agreed with the client.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Disputes are subject to the courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the consumer’s country of residence.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
