This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Presence Governance (“DPG”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website, contact us or register for our services, training or book. To answer your enquiry and communicate with you — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To provide audits, training or other services you order — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep invoices and accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent where cookies or analytics require it.
To inform you about the book launch or training dates when you ask us to — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed:

Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and form processing.
Google — email services, and analytics if you accept analytics cookies.
Accountants or advisers, where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers, such as Webflow and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
